This is a Saturday to Saturday rental in high season, Late June - Labor Day
For reservations, 50% deposit is due at booking, remainder 50% and 14.45% tax due 30 days prior to arrival. $1000.00 refundable if not needed security deposit check is due upon arrival.
MC, VISA, DISCOVER (+ 3% processing fee) or personal checks accepted.

Per Week Rates all inclusive of cleaning and pet fees, etc. (Extra weeks' cleaning will be additional fee. )
14.5% state and town occupancy tax is required, not included in quotes above.
Payment by check or major CC (if by cc, a 3.5% processing fee is added), 50% deposit, 50% , 14.45% tax and $1000.00 refundable security deposit by separate check due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rental agreement will be forwarded electronically for signature.
Check-in is at 3 pm, Checkout at 10 am
